Trying Out A 21 Layered Crepe

…okay, this is such a major backlog, but I swear, the taste is still fresh from my tastebuds!
Right after our dinner at Thai at Silk, my friend was asking us to try this 21-layered crepe because well, it was different and unique in a way that it had 21 layers, so we proceeded to check it out. I can’t quite remember the name of the restaurant, it was very near Thai at Silk, and I quite remember that it was Zao ( a Vietnamese restaurant, please correct me if I am wrong )
When I saw the 21-layered cake/crepe, it was indeed in twenty one layers. Twenty one really thin layers with thin spreads of “icing” in between layers. The verdict? Tasted like home. Definitely tasted like a Hizon’s birthday cake.
Yummy? Definitely!

It’s a good thing! I actually love Hizon’s cakes esp that birthday cake I was referring to:)
Bong and Phoebe : I havent tried PL’s but when Phoebe and I were eating at PL I was able to glimpse on PL’s, it was thicker than Zao’s, I think. and maybe crustier? That’s how I saw it, but I wasnt able to taste it yet. I’m dead in love with the molten lava cake from PL though
But really, this is good enough:)
