Yummy Singaporean Adventures : Baked Rice at Bencoolen Street

After a tiring day of walking around the city, and conquering six floors of the Funan Digilife Mall, I was ready to go home, and as I met my flatmate Dee there, she promised a good, comfort food that would definitely be worth a ten minute walk despite my tired, worn out muscles. She promised to let me try one of her favorite dishes - Baked Rice.

After walking around, which is not really my thing because I have just started exploring the city and all I frequent are places that are nearby the MRT station for safe access, we finally reached Bencoolen Street, and across the Hotel Bencoolen, we went in a “hawker” place with no name, but I saw this certain sign called M11@Bencoolen. That must be it?

Yakult Ace Light, Singaporean Style

Wherever I am, wherever I will be, my heart will always be looking for my favorite, tummy-friendly after dinner drink, Yakult. It’s been a daily habit for me ever since I was a kid, and a habit that I will never let go of. Absolutely the best stuff on earth.

First thing I reached for at the grocery - Yakult. Oh yes. Hahaha!
